Your privacy choices
Optional tracking and analytics are disabled unless you explicitly consent. No optional tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking pixels have been initiated by this site. This release has no optional analytics, advertising pixels, click tracking or third-party embeds enabled. We do not queue browsing activity to replay after a choice, send denied-consent measurement pings or decorate outbound links with tracking identifiers.
Ordinary links work without optional consent. They open the destination only when selected, without a site click beacon; external destinations have their own privacy practices. The site's fonts, images and styles are delivered from this origin.
Our optional first-party preference remembers accessibility settings in this browser only after you select it and press Accept selected preferences. Adjustments themselves work without saving. Reject optional is equally available and withdraws this choice. Choices last up to 180 days, expire on a notice or provider-inventory change, and fail closed when storage is unavailable or unreadable. Withdrawal applies across open tabs on this origin. New optional providers or purposes require a new, named choice.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is honored. As a stronger site policy, a detected GPC or Do Not Track signal keeps all optional purposes off, including saved accessibility preferences. Turning the signal off does not restore an earlier grant. The current honored signal is shown inside Your privacy choices.
Hosting, page delivery, security and authorization are needed to provide the site. Member actions can require account, payment-status and billing verification; sign-in and checkout use their separate service flows when requested. These controls cover our application code, not the hosting platform's essential processing, infrastructure logs or another site's cookies. We do not preload optional payment telemetry or analytics SDKs.
You can inspect the privacy-intent comment in the first-party privacy-controls.js file and view the read-only effective status through window.ZetaPrivacy.snapshot() in your browser console. This contains policy and preference state, with no account information. That status describes the application's controls and is not a certification of all platform network activity.

Privacy & disclaimer
Image feature acceptance
ZetaD2P Choice Lab © asks members to accept these image feature terms for the active membership period and again when these terms materially change. If a membership is canceled and later joined again, acceptance is requested again for the new membership period.
Private Photo and AI Result Storage
Gang-sheet uploads and photos submitted for analysis, generation or revision are stored privately for 30 days from upload. The site owner can view these photos for support and fulfillment preparation. Other members cannot view your files.
Access expires after 30 days. Expired files are removed in batches during archive and upload activity, with retries if storage is unavailable; physical removal is not guaranteed at the exact expiry time. Photos removed from storage no longer appear in saved gang-sheet layouts. Keep your own originals and download files you need longer.
Previously selected but unsubmitted browser photos cannot be recovered. When enabled, AI descriptions and generated previews are also saved privately so the same request can be recovered without generating it again. Access expires 30 days after the request was first recorded, even if a result arrives later. Only a result that has passed the output safety check is available to its signed-in member with active paid access and current notice acceptance, or in the restricted owner demo. A result awaiting a safety check may be held privately but is not available for download. Expired result files are removed in bounded batches during later enabled AI archive activity; an idle or disabled feature does not perform automatic background deletion. Request and Usage Records
We retain limited account-linked request records, request identifiers, a fingerprint of the submitted input, selected model and settings, consent version, provider request identifiers and token-usage cost estimates for allowance enforcement, duplicate prevention and accounting review. These records can remain after photo and result access expires, especially while a provider outcome or cost is unresolved. They do not contain an API key, the submitted prompt text or image bytes. Provider-usage estimates are not a reconciled invoice.
Photo, Prompt & Revision Permission
I am 18 or older and have the rights and permission to use my photo and prompt.
Your photo and prompt are sent to OpenAI only when you press an action in the studio. Checking an acceptance box does not send anything.
I give permission to send my uploaded photo to OpenAI for analysis or image generation, and I give permission to send a generated image and my requested changes to OpenAI for revision.
Allowances & Limits
Image Design Carrier requests cap at 900 image design requests per member per calendar month, UTC, including revisions, when image features are active. Failed submitted requests also count. Unused requests do not roll over.
Up to 20 photo descriptions are available per day. Reaching the image cap does not block sign-in, saved-prompt access or design-to-print options. Temporary site capacity and approved budget limits may delay or block requests. A recorded request with an uncertain outcome is held for owner review and is not automatically sent again.
Creator Responsibility
Custom designs should be authentically yours. Prompt instructions prohibit copying protected characters, mascots, logos, packaging, costumes, celebrity likenesses and signature styles. Automatic detection is not connected yet.
As the design creator, you are responsible for your uploads, permissions and final artwork, including checking usage rights before sharing, selling or printing.
Revisions
Each revision starts from the latest result and counts toward your image allowance. Download versions you want to keep before revising.
Physical products and fulfillment services cost extra unless a separate written offer says otherwise.
