Membership and creator terms

Only use original or properly licensed names, phrases, characters, artwork and design elements. A generated image may still resemble protected material or contain defects. Review every output, conduct appropriate clearance, and follow the commercial terms of the image platform and marketplace you use. Access to this generator is not a legal opinion, license, or guarantee of noninfringement or commercial success.

When members create prompt builds, this site stores the name, email address, consent choices, selected production format, approved design brief and prompt build, generation policy acceptance, and submission time. Signed-in generations are linked to your account ID and appear in your current monthly workspace. Your prompt workspace and saved list clear on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. Copy or download anything you want to keep before then. The site owner retains the original prompt builds, creator identity, timestamps and design choices in a private archive for support and usage reporting. Clearing your workspace does not delete those records. Word and description statistics are calculated from approved design choices for owner-only usage reporting. Saved favorites, 18+ self-attestation, purchase-interest choices (including no opt-in), payment-provider references and membership status are also recorded with timestamps. If you save a contact profile, we store your full name, contact email, optional phone and organization, shipping recipient and address, privacy-notice version, and last update time. The site owner can review these records for account support and fulfillment you separately approve. Contact and shipping details are never added to copied prompt builds. You can update or remove your contact profile in My Masterpieces. Marketing is optional. Shopify product purchases and fulfillment require separate final order approval; saving an address or buying membership does not authorize physical orders. Only provide information you are authorized to use. Data should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.

When AI image features are enabled, uploaded references and AI descriptions or previews are stored privately for recovery. Result access expires 30 days after the request is recorded; physical file deletion is retried in batches during later archive activity and may occur later, especially when the feature is idle or disabled. Site result downloads require active paid access and current notice acceptance, apart from the restricted owner demo. Minimal account-linked request, model, consent, provider-usage and estimated-cost records may remain for duplicate prevention, allowances and accounting review, particularly for unresolved outcomes. Once generation begins, your submitted selections are final for that generation. Completed results are supplied as is. We do not revise a completed result or provide refunds for a change of mind, spelling errors, or selections you approved. You may start a new generation within your access plan.

This policy does not limit remedies for defective or misdescribed goods or services, non-delivery, unauthorized charges, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Generating a prompt build does not place a physical order. Before any future print order, you must separately approve the finished artwork, product, size, color, placement and total price. After production begins, changes and cancellations are unavailable, subject to applicable law and remedies for fulfillment errors.

ZetaD2P Choice Lab © provides tools for creating prompt builds. Outputs may contain errors. Members must review results, secure necessary rights and approve final artwork before fulfillment. ZetaD2P Choice Lab © does not guarantee originality, rights clearance, print suitability or commercial results. Product purchases and fulfillment are separate. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The proposed ZetaD2P Choice Lab points program would award 1 point per $10 in qualifying payments during the first 12 months. Rewards are not currently earned or redeemable.

Redemption would begin after 12 months: 100 points for a $10 subscription discount. Qualifying payments, refunds, membership interruptions and eligibility must be finalized before activation.

Proposed redemption caps are $10 per month and $30 per membership year. Unused points would carry forward while continuously subscribed. Social-post reward amounts are not set; clicking social links does not earn points. See /rewards. Earlier recorded purchases and any previously accepted written commitments are preserved.

Marketing email permission is optional and is not a condition of accessing the prompt builds. Any future commercial email must use accurate sender information, avoid deceptive subject lines, identify its commercial nature when required, include a valid physical postal address and a clear working unsubscribe method, and honor opt out requests as required by law.

ZetaD2P Choice Lab © Membership costs $350 USD upfront including the first month, then $39 USD per month starting in month two, plus applicable tax, until canceled. No free trial is offered. Saving a card, signing in or starting checkout does not unlock the studio. The crossed-out $1,997 is the planned standard monthly price, not a claim of a previously charged price. New members pay $350 initially including month one, then $39 per month. Paid members receive unlimited sign-ins while their membership is active, plus their personal Generated Masterpieces history, saved favorites, approved context, format and consent records. The private studio and its prompt-building tools require sign-in and a successfully processed payment verified by the server, within an active paid period. Prompt builds contain text instructions; image generation is limited to 900 image design requests per member per calendar month UTC, including revisions and failed submissions, when activated; unused requests do not roll over, and physical merchandise is separate. The 22″ × 1980″ gang sheet has a separate $400 fulfillment fee. Account management remains available after membership ends. Prompt workspace access lasts only until the next calendar-month reset; creating new designs requires an active paid membership. Existing trial subscribers can still manage or cancel their billing, but trials do not unlock the studio. This change does not automatically charge an existing trial early. Manage later renewals through the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges except under an applicable published reimbursement benefit or where required by law. Applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Access continues through the current paid period after cancellation. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Commercial use of PNGs already downloaded may continue after cancellation; new creation and site downloads require paid access.
